The apartment is reasonably spacious, has modern design and particularly good view. There is nice pool to relax too. Brand-new and tidy rooms, friendly staff. Relatively close to Komtar Jbcc, walkable. The food is tasty whatever you choose.

Value for money apartment with new facilities at a moderate distance from Utc Johor Business Park. Parking was overnight. The host and amicable staff took care of me. I loved EXCELLENT and unbeatable location.
Although the service was excellent, unfortunately, no wifi.

Well decorated apartment with a very modern design. Relaxing and relaxing rooms, accommodation offers plenty space and separate lounge too. Pool is clean for hot days.

Everything about my stay was brand new, recommend. New-fashioned, extremely comfortable room with wifi, tv and modern furnishing, incredible location. Hosts were very very friendly, even gave me room with modern furnishing. Had early check in. Easy walking distance to a flashy mall.
